⚠️ Before you delete
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. The following data will be permanently deleted:
- Your account and profile information
- All saved plants and plant names
- All diagnosis history and health scores
- All plant photos stored in the cloud
- Your watering reminders and schedules
- Any remaining Pro subscription access (no refund is provided for unused time)
If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it in Google Play first to avoid further charges.
How to delete your account
You can delete your account in two ways:
Delete from within the app (fastest)
Open LeafLens → tap Settings (bottom navigation) → scroll to Account → tap Delete Account → confirm. Your account and all data will be queued for permanent deletion within 30 days.
Email us a deletion request
If you can no longer access the app, email us from the Google account linked to your LeafLens account. Include your registered email address in the request.

- Your account is marked for deletion immediately
- All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days
- Anonymous analytics data (if any) may be retained in aggregated form
- Any data shared with third-party services (Anthropic, Firebase, Imgbb) is subject to their own deletion timelines
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
Just taking a break?
If you want to pause using LeafLens without deleting your data, you can simply sign out from Settings. Your plant collection will be waiting when you return.
